HEBS Digital Wins Bronze HSMAI Adrian Award for Loews Hotels & Co Website Redesign
This win reflects the accomplishment of relaunching the new website, which hosts 24 existing properties and has a strong focus on direct-booking functionalities
HEBS Digital, a leading authority in technology and digital marketing for hotels, has been honored with a bronze Adrian Award for their work on the Loews Hotels & Co website by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) for 2018. Now in its 62nd year, the HSMAI Adrian Awards is among the largest and most prestigious global travel marketing competitions.

Upon starting the project, HEBS Digital performed a content audit, inventory, and gap analysis identified key areas for optimization across UX, creative and SEO disciplines. With all team members aligned on a strategy to create a new, revenue-generating website for Loews Hotels, HEBS Digital designed and develop a new site that includes:
- A Spotlight Search functionality with fast, type-ahead search that allows users to effortlessly find relevant content on the website
- An intuitive booking widget that remembers the visitor’s selection and displays it throughout the site and during future visits
- A fully-responsive website experience built on the latest web coding standards.
- A fully-integrated, custom booking engine for a streamlined experience on all devices
