Cambodia’s Memoire Hotels & Resorts Adopts Hotelogix Cloud PMS to Manage Multi-property Operations
Hotelogix, a leader in cloud-based Property Management Systems has announced that it has been selected as the preferred technology partner by Cambodia’s Memoire Hotels & Resorts. With Hotelogix’s enterprise-grade Cloud Hotel PMS in place, the management at this group hospitality entity aims to efficiently manage multi-property operations.
Memoire Hotels & Resorts, a famed hospitality brand, has three properties across Cambodia – Memoire d’ Angkor, Memoire Siem Reap and Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. While Memoire d’ Angkor and Memoire Siem Reap offer 4-star category services to their guests, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is known for its 5 -star offerings. With over 200 rooms, their hotels’ design, from façade to interior, embodies the grace and beauty of Cambodian artistry.
Before adopting Hotelogix, the group was using 3 different hotel property management systems to individually run operations at each of its properties. “As a group, it is paramount for us to manage and monitor all our three properties from a single point. But we never could achieve this with disparate applications installed across hotels. This prompted us to look for a cloud Hotel PMS that could help us address this issue. And our search ended with Hotelogix,” said Philip Kao, Founder of Memoire Hotels & Resorts.
The management at Memoire Hotels & Resorts will now be able to distribute their inventory on OTAs in real-time as the Hotelogix Cloud PMS comes integrated with a channel manager solution. The Central Reservation Office (CRO) is another key functionality of Hotelogix that would help them manage reservations for all their properties from a single dashboard. Moreover, the Cambodia-based group has also adopted Hotelogix Mobile Hotel App to manage operations on-the-go.
