The 92-room hotel, located at 243 Colorado Avenue in Grand Junction is owned by Sunshine Hospitality, L.L.C. and managed by Main Street Management, L.L.C. The new hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Grand Junction within walking distance of locally owned restaurants, shops, and night life. The property also sits within the scenic byway with plenty of biking and hiking trails on the Tabeguache and Kokopelli Trail.
