The Farnam, Autograph Collection will open Thursday, May 20, in Omaha.

“When it comes to creating a memorable guest experience, we believe the little things are transformative,” said Jason Fisher of Omaha's Cushman & Wakefield/the Lund Co., a principal investor in the property. “As we were designing the hotel, we made it our mission to be purposeful with even the smallest of details. When you look closely, you’ll notice the thought that went into every choice of material, which we know our discerning guests will appreciate.”
The Farnam, Autograph Collection, managed by Greenwood Hospitality Group, is a jewel in Omaha’s multi – billion – dollar investment in its new downtown area, parks and riverfront redevelopment. The hotel was designed by award – winning Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture with a focus on people, community, history and hospitality.
The inspired interior design by The Gettys Group allows each room to reflect Omaha’s railroad and industrial beginnings that connected the nation. The rooms feature lantern – inspired lamps, art hanging on pulley systems and side tables made of railroad ties – all of which blend seamlessly with luxurious modern comforts, locally – curated art and rich appointments. The tile, wall – covering textures, color palettes, carpeting that carves through the expansive hallways like the nine – mile stretch of the Missouri River near Omaha that inspired its design and a signature scent add depth to The Farnam, Autograph Collection, multisensory experience.
The Farnam is transforming Omaha’s luxury urban dining and entertainment scene with two explosive concepts – Dynamite and Catalyst – with wood – fired and inspired cuisine and unsurpassed mixology.
