80 Room Element by Westin Jacksonville Beach Opens in Florida
Element by Westin has debuted in Jacksonville Beach with the opening of the 80-room Element Jacksonville Beach.
The new longer-stay hotel in Jacksonville Beach will feature Element’s new room concept, Studio Commons. Blending the convenience of a hotel with the flexibility and comfort of a home, the rooms are designed for groups looking to spend time together in a more private setting, while still enjoying all the benefits of a hotel room. Anchored by four private guest rooms, travelers can cook, collaborate and relax together in shared kitchen and living room areas, allowing them to live as they do at home without having to compromise space, comfort or amenities.
The pet-friendly hotel features partial ocean view studio and one-bedroom suites that offer fully-equipped kitchens with full-sized Energy-Star rated appliances. Standard room kitchenettes feature microwaves, mini-fridges and toaster. All guest rooms and suites include 55” HD LED Smart TVs with access to Netflix, ergonomic workspaces, free Wi-Fi, spa-inspired bathrooms with over-sized showers, and the signature Heavenly Beds.
Operated by Shivam Property Management, guests will enjoy Element’s signature complimentary Rise breakfast every morning featuring a make your own parfait yogurt station, a fresh range of whole fruits and other healthy options. To wind down, the property offers its evening complimentary cocktail reception with organic beer and wine. The hotel’s on-site sundry provides gourmet and healthy snacks. For the fitness enthusiast, the hotel features a year-round outdoor pool, 24-hour Motion Fitness center featuring Technogym equipment, and the brand’s signature Bikes to Borrow program – complimentary to guests.
