Hilton has announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton Wichita Falls, located on Sikes Lake, near Midwestern State University.
“We’re delighted to open the dual-branded Tru by Hilton/Home2 Suites by Hilton Wichita Falls and offer business and leisure travelers visiting Wichita Falls with an innovative and value-driven lodging experience,” said Shea Lalani, EVP and CFO, Lalani Lodging, Inc. “Blending these two category-leading brands and their signature, yet unique, identities under one roof further propels our commitment to providing quality lodging options to meet a wide variety of styles, travel needs and desired price points.”
The multi-brand concept provides larger and enhanced communal areas and amenities than what would be standard at a standalone property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has a mix of unique offerings – each catering to the needs of their respective guests – including designated lobby and dining areas. The property also has a variety of shared amenities, including 24-hour fitness centers, an outdoor pool, and outdoor firepits/grills. Additionally, the hotel offers 1,500 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The four-story property, developed by Lalani Lodging, Inc., is located at 2681 Plaza Parkway and boasts 151 rooms, with 76 Tru by Hilton rooms and 75 Home2 suites. Conveniently situated off of Maplewood, the new dual-branded hotel offers guests easy access to the area’s greatest attractions.
