“Business and leisure travelers to Portland will have an exciting and fresh hotel experience to consider,” said Walter Bowen, President of BPM Real Estate Group, who built Broadway Tower and whose company owns the hotel property. “We look forward to the Hotel Vance’s entry into the Portland and Oregon market.”
Broadway Tower, which opened in September 2018, is a 19-story mixed-use building. BPM Real Estate Group of Portland maintained ownership of the 180-room hotel after selling the 11 floors of Class A Offices to Principal Real Estate Investment for a record price in 2020.
