India's Lezeldor & Imperience Hotels Adopts Hotelogix to Gain Centralized Control over Multi-property Operations

Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said that India’s Lezeldor Hospitality & Imperience Hotels Management has adopted its multi-property management system to gain centralised control over group operations.

Based out of Kerala, Lezeldor & Imperience Hotels manages four properties, including Vythiri Resort, Carmelia Haven, Chandy’s Windy Woods, and Chandy’s Drizzle Drops. The firm assists boutique resorts with marketing and sales activities to attract domestic and foreign guests. It focuses on leveraging technology to offer maximum benefits to its partner resorts.

Before adopting Hotelogix, the group was managing operations with a locally sourced solution which restricted their operational capabilities in many ways. It was not a feature-rich application. It neither offered centralized control over the group’s operations nor could integrate with the channel manager solution for efficient OTA distribution.

“We adopted Hotelogix at one of our properties in 2021. And as of now, three more of our resorts are running on Hotelogix. We now have gained centralized control over our group operations. Additionally, the channel manager integration empowers us to sell more via OTAs,” said Roy Chacko, Co-Founder, Imperience Hotels and Founder, Lezeldor.

Apart from the multi-property management system, Hotelogix has also offered its Mobile PMS App to help the group to track hotel positions on the go. According to Roy, Hotelogix-generated reports are excellent sources of knowing occupancy percentage, guest preferences and projected revenue and help them make informed sales and guest service decisions.
