Four Seasons to Open Luxury Resort and Residences in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced its arrival in Puerto Rico by partnering with the Paulson Group. The luxury hospitality giant plans to open a resort and residences at Dorado Beach. This move signifies the brand’s ongoing commitment to expansion and growth within the Caribbean region.
The new property will be located on a 1,400-acre site once home to Laurance Rockefeller’s eco-resort. It will feature 186 guest rooms, including 42 suites. Additionally, it will offer exclusive residential options by selling branded residences – a first for the island of Puerto Rico.
The resort will provide guests with an array of high-end amenities such as an expansive spa and wellness center, multiple dining venues featuring local cuisine, a comprehensive fitness center, family-friendly water activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking, and access to three spectacular golf courses.
