Hyatt Launches Asia Pacific Meetings & Events Alliance
To simplify and enhance the multi-year, multi-city event planning process, Hyatt has announced the launch of the Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings & Events Alliance. This strategic initiative expands on the success of the Hyatt Convention Alliance, Hyatt Wellness Alliance and Hyatt Resort Alliance in the United States. The new program is set to provide corporate planners with a seamless, efficient, and centralized approach to event management across a collection of Hyatt properties in the Asia Pacific region.
The Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings & Events Alliance will initially encompass nine premier Hyatt properties. These are strategically located in significant business and convention hubs in the Asia Pacific, including Bali, Bangkok, and Singapore, amongst others. The collaborative power of these establishments aims to enhance the meeting planning process, allow event service teams to work cohesively across locations to deliver on planner needs, and facilitate benefits and operational efficiency for large-scale meetings and events clients.

The Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings & Events Alliance is designed to offer planners a dedicated centralized contact and support. This will streamline the negotiation and event planning process across participating properties, ensuring seamless transitions from one event to the next. It will also provide customized packages and incentives tailored to planners’ needs, including complimentary suite upgrades, exclusive VIP Club Lounge access, curated spa & wellness offerings, exclusive multi-events incentives, special F&B dining packages, and up to triple World of Hyatt points.
The participating Hyatt Asia Pacific Meetings & Events Alliance properties have been carefully selected for their premier meeting and event facilities. These include the Grand Hyatt Bali, Grand Hyatt Singapore, Hyatt Regency Sydney, Grand Hyatt Taipei and Grand Hyatt Incheon.
