The Marcus Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–April 11, 2002–Directors of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid May 15, 2002 to shareholders of record April 25, 2002.
The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.05 per share on the Class B common stock. The dividend on the Class B common stock, which is not publicly traded, also will be paid May 15, 2002 to shareholders of record April 25, 2002.
