London, UK – October 2000 – Leading airport operator, TBI plc – whose interests range from UK airports such as Luton, Cardiff and Belfast to overseas airports including Costa Rica, Orlando, FL, and Stockholm – has appointed Insignia Hotel Partners as Asset Manager and Owners Representative of the Hilton Cardiff Hotel, which opened last year.
