Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company Demonstrates Aggressive Focus on Growth

With the addition of properties in New York and North Carolina, Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company, a premier national hotel management company, has continued its aggressive expansion in 2007. Following the company's 2006 highlights, including its first managed golf resort and the conversion to Crowne Plaza of the Days Inn Hotel at Washington, D.C.'s Dulles Airport, this year's additions comprise nearly 900 rooms in five states.

'Each of the new hotels that we have added fit the mission of our company perfectly – to bring peace to all those with whom we work,' said Gary S. Williams, President and CEO. 'They are owned by wonderful owners who had very real and pressing needs, and our company was perfectly suited to meet those needs.'

For Mr. Williams, successful focus on the company's clients' hotels is really a focus on the people that run them. 'It is because of our teams' continued dedication and commitment to the highest levels of service, that I think the near future of this company is going to be more and more exciting.'

Originally built in 1924, the landmark Hotel Niagara in Niagara Falls, New York will undergo a major renovation beginning before year's end, with the intention of bringing it back to its former glory and creating a destination.

Royal Mansions Condominium Resort, the second condo-hotel in Coakley & Williams' portfolio, is a boutique property showcasing breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and is a perfect location to view shuttle launches.

Fort Washington Hotel and Conference Center is a classic suburban business hotel. Upon completion of an extensive renovation under the direction of Coakley & Williams' project management team, the hotel will once again provide guests to the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania greater metro area, a warm, and hospitable branded experience.

Two Holiday Inn Express hotels, (in Abingdon, Virginia and Wilkesboro, North Carolina), are close to historical and outdoor adventures. Both are gathering places for corporate and leisure visitors looking to discover southern Virginia.

The expansion is not slowing. “We are excited about the variety of additional opportunities on which we're currently working,' said Kevin Sawatsky, Vice President of Development. “Our size, combined with our team's exceptional depth of experience uniquely positions us to maximize returns for our clients, both domestically and outside the United States. That's what our trademark 'caring and compassionate approach to success' is all about.'

Since 1961, Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company has developed its reputation as a national, high-performance management company sharply focused on helping hospitality investors succeed.
