Red Roof Inns, now in its 30th year, announces the opening of a 101-room Red Roof Inn located at 401 U.S. Highway 7 South, three miles south of downtown Rutland, at the foothills of Killington Ski Mountain. The property is owned by franchisee Rutland Hospitality, LLC and is professionally managed by Linchris Hotel Corporation, a Boston-based management company, which manages 21 hotels throughout New England, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
