The ResortSuite Golf Starter App is part of the ResortSuite OPS (Operations) framework, which uses tablet- based devices, including iOS and Android tablets, to deliver cost-effective and highly specific functional use cases. These use cases have been identified to provide operational staff the guest tools they need exactly when and where they need them — face-to-face with their guests.
Launching at HITEC 2016, the ResortSuite Golf Starter App is essential to maximizing the revenue potential of a golf operation by enabling mobility for the Golf Starter on the course. It allows the starter to view the tee sheet including player names anywhere on the course, and record start times at tee-off, allowing staff to track pace of play.
Aside from providing tee sheet information, the app also allows course marshals to view valuable player booking and arrival information and their corresponding payment status. The app can also record ad-hoc notes as golfers play through the course. The ResortSuite Golf Starter App synchronizes with the ResortSuite GOLF module for up-to-date schedules and guest preferences and alerts.
