Groupize is teaming up with Concur to offer an integrated solution that empowers corporate administrators and travel arrangers with precise traveler profile data and visibility into traveler stays. This holistic approach promotes savings, compliance and supports duty of care programs. In addition to small meeting sourcing, Groupize also allows travel arrangers to book up to nine sleeping rooms in real time,which are immediately available in Concur. Not only do travel managers have visibility into traveler whereabouts and spend, travelers stays are integrated into their Concur itinerary for an easier travel and expensing experience.
Additionally, with Groupize, corporations can create a unique booking website for each event or meeting, and automate registrations seamlessly. Pairing with Concur traveler profiles and pushing back to itineraries for specific groups or meetings enables organizations to get visibility into their true spend and delivers better controls in the organization.
According to recent Phocuswright research, two-thirds of meetings in a corporation are under fifty participants and up to eighty percent of small groups and meetings are bypassing managed travel programs, regardless of policies or procedures.
