Expedia, Four Season, Liberty International and IGH Are Coming to AHF2017

Adria Hotel Forum is less than a month away. The fifth edition of AHF will be held on February 8th and 9th 2017.

The main theme in 2017 is: “Investments in hotel industry: Development and beyond” and the questioned raised behind the theme are: What is the reason of a low interest for hotel investments in South-Europe? What are the investment and management models applicable in this part of the world? What differs from developed destinations and what is to be done? Who and when should develop the infrastructure and how the destinations should position themselves? And the most important question of today; is this really the safe part of the world and how can we assure it?

New confirmed panelists are:

Samantha Sugarman (Development Manager, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts) current responsibilities include executing Four Seasons brand expansion strategy throughout the region, specifically: project selection, owner relations, contract negotiation and feasibility oversight. Prior to Four Seasons, Samantha worked for Ernst & Young Ltda in  Chile, managing the national practice of Fixed Asset Valuation and helping to establish an M&A Real Estate presence in South America.

Nina Kleiner (Area Manager, Expedia Lodging Partner Service) journey with Expedia started in 2004 as Market Manager with the objective to develop the hotel online business in Southern Europe. For the last 5 years, she has been leading the Expedia Lodging Partner Service East Adriatic team as Area Manager.

 Mario Enzesberger (CEO, Liberty International) in 1990 with  seized the opportunity and ventured to Prague, Czech Republic to establish his first Liberty office with just 3 employees. He spent 9 years in Prague overseeing the business and expanding to become the global enterprise we are today with 60 offices in 46 countries around the world, Prague still remaining an important location for Liberty in East Europe.

Ivana Kolar (Director of Business Development in tourism, IGH) is engaged in consulting and project management in tourism. She is working as Director of business development in tourism in Institute IGH Jsc., the largest consulting company in the design, engineering and project management in the area of S and SE Europe. She is founder and CEO of Julius Rose Ltd., business consulting in the field of business strategy, investment project management and the new value development.
