ResortSuite a Top Sponsor at the Inaugural Mountain Technology Symposium

The idea for the symposium was conceived by long-time Telluride industry professionals Chris Jaquet and Benjamin Whiting. It aims to provide an open environment for the best minds in ski and golf resort management to network, exchange ideas, and collaborate on innovative solutions that deliver seamless operations.

ResortSuite, a leading provider of integrated guest-centric hospitality management software solutions, is a Tram Sponsor at the inaugural Mountain Technology Symposium taking place from September 28th – October 1st, 2017.

The event will be held at the prestigious Telluride Ski and Golf Resort.

ResortSuite will be sponsoring a session entitled “Enterprise Resource Planning – Bringing It All Together”. Given the horizontal complexity of resorts, the challenge of interfacing multiple systems to manage lodging, ski, food and beverage, retail, spa, golf, activities, membership, etc. seems to spin into a web of disjointed systems resulting in higher IT costs and siloes of guest information. The session will be a facilitated discussion regarding cost-efficient strategies on how to deliver streamlined operations resort-wide.

“We’ve seen many attempts at collaborative efforts happening within the ski industry but we want to take it to the next level. The Mountain Technology Symposium will provide an unprecedented level of engagement, networking and interaction. We are proud to be partnering with ResortSuite for this inaugural event as they help us to provide insights on how our attendees can put together streamlined, personalized and guest-centric solutions for their resorts,” said Chris Jaquet, one of the symposium’s committee members.

“It is an honor to be a Tram Sponsor at the inaugural Mountain Technology Symposium,” said Frank Pitsikalis, Founder and CEO of ResortSuite. “We believe that this conference is an amazing opportunity for leaders in mountain technology to share best practices and explore new initiatives and innovative technology that can lead the industry into the future. Congratulations in advance to Chris and their team for putting together a much-anticipated event that can help resorts improve the efficiency of their operations and better serve their guests.”
