Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., a member of Hotel Brokers International, is pleased to announce the successful closing of the Microtel Inn & Suites Florence/Cincinnati Airport located in Florence, Kentucky.

The three-story, 83-room hotel sold on December 28, 2017, for $3,900,000.  The hotel is ideally located at just off I-75/71 in Florence, just minutes from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and roughly 15 miles from downtown Cincinnati and riverfront attractions.

The new owner was able to acquire a well-maintained Wyndham branded hotel in a growing market, and realize a return on investment immediately, with additional upside.
