HSMAI to Host One-Day Revenue Optimization Event in Washington
Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International and its Washington, D.C., chapter will host a one-day educational seminar, Revenue Optimization Continuing Education & Training, or ROCET, for area hotel revenue managers Nov. 2 at the Cambria hotel & suites Washington, D.C. Convention Center.
Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International and its Washington, D.C., chapter will host a one-day educational seminar, Revenue Optimization Continuing Education & Training, or ROCET, for area hotel revenue managers Nov. 2 at the Cambria hotel & suites Washington, D.C. Convention Center.
ROCET will feature presentations by Bonnie Buckhiester, president and chief executive officer, Buckhiester Management Limited, and Kelly McGuire, executive director, Hospitality and Travel Global Practice, SAS Institute Inc. They will discuss forecast accuracy, pricing in a social world, best practices for transcending traditional boundaries in the revenue management role and successful leadership.
“This fast-paced, one-day program was designed to deliver tactical, strategic and leadership insights for hotel revenue managers,” said Fran Brasseux, HSMAI executive vice president. “ROCET also will feature industry experts and thought leaders, who will discuss the economic trends that will impact hotel performance locally and beyond over the next 18 months.”
ROCET begins at 10 a.m. and continues until 4 p.m. A reception follows from 4 to 5 p.m. Registration is $345 for HSMAI members and $445 for nonmembers.
